Q: What happen if my order is damaged or defective incorrect?
A: We are sorry that you order is not perfect but being an handmade product by professional tailors and since  it is an artisanal process,  sometimes can happen  some slights differences between the products shown on the web site and  the final product received. If this happen and you are not satisfied please write to us and we will be happy to attend  to your request. You can send an email to info@nicotrella.it with all the details.
Q: Can my order be delivered internationally ?
A: Yes, we make international shipments.
How can I check the status of my order?  Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number, where you can check the status of your delivery.
Q: How can I change or cancel my order ?
A: Unfortunately, once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed  or cancelled. Please contact info@nicotrella.it along with your order number if you have any questions.
Q: What is your return policy? 
A: All returned items must be in the perfect  condition as received. Once, received your package, we will verify the status of the item and make the change or the refund according to our refund policy.
